You have 14 days from the time the item is delivered to you to return it if you change your mind. No restocking costs are applied.
Simply call the concierge team, who will walk you through the procedure step by step. You must contact the courier to schedule the pickup of the product you are returning after the return process has been outlined.
Please keep in mind that we are unable to accept returns on products that have been particularly tailored for you. You have the option of returning the product in its original packaging via your preferred courier. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and any import charges (if applicable) to India.
We will give a refund once the products have arrived at our warehouse and have been confirmed to be in the same condition as when they were delivered. Within 5 business days, we will offer a refund to your original payment method.
Defective Return
To qualify for a defective return, one of the following must apply:
-Item has a defect or is faulty or malfunction
-Incorrect item was received
-Missing part(s)
-Damaged
We recommend you to check the items within 48 hours of receipt and report to our customer service as soon as possible. Please offer a copy of your original order confirmation, confirm the item number & QTY of the defective item(s), photographs, or video clearly showing the defect(s). Depending on the situation, we will be responsible for refunds, exchanges or replacements according to your preference within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, REAL Metal Arts will make every attempt to rectify, But manufacturer defects found after 30 days of receipt are directed to the manufacturer’s warranty.
ORDERING ON REAL METAL ARTS
Most of the products you see online are ready to ship. Others will be crafted specifically for you. The preparation time will be clearly stated on the product page. At checkout, we accept most debit & credit cards, Razorpay, and bank transfers.
Once you checkout, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. In the Account section of the site, you will always find a summary of your order history.
